Error Description

E2 / EH02 Error Code ka matlab hota hai ki Indoor PCB ko AC mains ka Zero Crossing Signal detect nahi ho raha hai ya signal abnormal hai. Zero Crossing Signal PCB ko AC waveform synchronize karne ke liye zaroori hota hai. Agar ye signal missing ya unstable ho, to AC protection mode mein chala jata hai aur compressor start nahi hota.


Step 1: Safety First

✅ MCB OFF karein.

✅ Indoor aur Outdoor Unit ki power supply disconnect karein.

✅ Digital Multimeter aur PPE (Safety Gloves, Safety Shoes) ka use karein.


Step 2: Check Input Power Supply

Indoor Unit ke input terminals par voltage measure karein.

Expected Value:

  • 220–240 VAC
  • 50 Hz

Agar voltage bahut low ya high hai, to pehle power supply issue solve karein.


Step 3: Check MCB and Wiring

Inspect karein:

  • Burnt Terminal

Sabhi terminals ko properly tighten karein.

Step 10: Reset the AC

Power OFF karein.

5 minute wait karein.

Power ON karke error dobara check karein.


Step 11: Perform Test Run

Cooling Mode mein AC start karein.

Observe karein:

✅ Outdoor Unit Start ho rahi hai?

✅ Compressor Start ho raha hai?
