FOUNDER & THINKER
Mr. Ravi Chauhan is the CEO & Founder of THE DE Engineer's, a leading technical training organization established in 2017, formerly known as The DE Engineers (Dhruvi Enterprises). With a strong vision to bridge the gap between technical knowledge and industry requirements, he founded the company to provide professional, practical, and industry-oriented training programs for aspiring technicians and service professionals.
Before starting his entrepreneurial journey, Mr. Chauhan worked with several renowned multinational brands, including LG Electronics, Whirlpool Corporation, Somany, and GEM. During his tenure with these organizations, he gained extensive hands-on experience and deep technical expertise in washing machines, air conditioning systems, appliance servicing, troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and customer support operations.
With years of industry exposure and technical excellence, Mr. Chauhan has developed a comprehensive understanding of modern appliance technologies, service standards, and practical field operations. Under his leadership, THE DE Engineer’s has trained numerous students and working professionals, helping them build successful careers in the technical and service industry.
His commitment to skill development, technical innovation, and quality training continues to inspire young professionals and contribute significantly to the advancement of the technical education sector in India.

Mohd Asif is the Co-Founder and Strategic Thinker behind THE DE Engineer's, a professional technical training organization established in 2017, formerly known as Dhruvi Enterprises. With a strong passion for technical education and skill development, he has played a vital role in shaping the company’s vision, training methodologies, and industry-focused programs.
With over 10 years of extensive experience in the technical service industry, Mr. Asif possesses deep practical knowledge and expertise in appliance servicing, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance. Throughout his professional career, he has worked with leading global brands such as LG Electronics and Whirlpool Corporation, where he gained valuable exposure to advanced technologies, customer service operations, and technical support systems.
His industry experience, technical excellence, and innovative approach have significantly contributed to the growth and success of THE DE Engineer’s. As a mentor and technical expert, he remains committed to empowering aspiring technicians and helping them build successful careers through practical, industry-oriented training programs.
